Cancellation/ no shows: I charge the full amount of service for cancellation fee, for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment Late fee: If you’re 10 minutes past appointment time your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of your service. No shows: If you no show you will be charged for the full amount of service. If you no show more than once you will not be aloud to book again. New clients: All new clients will need to sign a waiver prior to appointment or at appointment. DISCLAIMER!!⚠️ If you are allergic to pets please do not book an appointment. There are cats at my home.
